Job Summary

  • In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned unit(s) and/or patient populations (Palliative Care) to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Educates patients and families to facilitate understanding of the patient's medical condition and proposed course of therapeutic intervention.
