Job Summary

• This position will lead functional projects and configuration activities for new functionality and enhancements within the Workday HCM, Security, Business Process Framework, Recruiting and Onboarding product suite.
• Serve as a key Workday configuration resource and ensure the successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines.
• This position will support PMO efforts for Workday projects, overseeing critical path activities and resolving or escalating issues as needed.

• 3+ years Workday HCM implementation/maintenance
• 5+ years project management experience
• 3+ years people management experience
• Process development/definition in ERP
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Workday system application implementation experience
