Job Summary

In this role, you will report to the Expert Services Team Lead and be responsible for conducting investigations for brand protection as well as coordinating with partner firms around the world to conduct test purchases and send demand letters.

Must-have
Conduct investigative test purchases
Communicate with global partners
Research online sellers and IP laws
Manage database of ongoing cases
Coordinate test purchase operations
Fluent English and Chinese business communication
Nice-to-have
Experience in a legal environment
Prior experience with counterfeit authentication
Ability to read and write Korean
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to conduct work accurately with minimum mistakes
Experience in a multicultural environment, handling work in different time zones
