  • This role ensures governance policies are current, legally aligned, and effectively integrated into commercial processes to enable compliant, efficient, and risk-mitigated deal execution.
  • The role will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for global deal governance, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Company Secretariat (CoSec), Finance, and senior stakeholders.
