The Sales Governance Manager will lead and embed global deal governance frameworks across the Commercial function.
This role ensures governance policies are current, legally aligned, and effectively integrated into commercial processes to enable compliant, efficient, and risk-mitigated deal execution.
The role will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for global deal governance, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Company Secretariat (CoSec), Finance, and senior stakeholders.
