• The Associate Director, Campus Program Lead provides leadership to campus projects, programs or initiatives, and coordinates support from multi-functional teams for the successful implementation of complex topics and changes.
• The program lead is critical in the communication of the plans, activities, and supporting or driving the change management curve of the various people/teams impacted by change.
