Key Requirements

  • Valid Ordinary Seaman (OS) Certificate within 90 days of hire
  • Possession of Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
  • Associate's degree plus four years office management OR High school diploma plus six years experience
  • Working knowledge of USCG rules and regulations
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and delegating tasks
