Job Summary

  • This position will be heavily focused on project execution – developing construction plans, analyzing expenditures, cost forecasting, managing contingency, variance analysis reporting, tariff impact analysis, and creating detailed reports and dashboards to improve the execution of renewable energy projects.
  • Responsibilities include conducting portfolio cost analysis, delivering monthly cost performance reports, supporting Project Managers in full lifecycle cost management, and reviewing supplier and contractor invoices, change orders, and claims.
  • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical discipline, 5+ years of experience in project cost control or financial analysis, and proficiency in project coordination across engineering, procurement, finance, and construction stakeholders.

Salary

Base: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD Annual; Bonus: 20% - 30%; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off
