Key Requirements
Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards
Hands-on experience leading user research
Experience across multiple product/service lifecycle phases
Strong storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience in multi-disciplinary, agile teams
Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses
