Key Requirements

  • Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards
  • Hands-on experience leading user research
  • Experience across multiple product/service lifecycle phases
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary, agile teams
  • Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses
  • Obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
