Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting accidents, coordinating with nursing services, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and stored.
The role requires a minimum of a 10th-grade education and the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and deal tactfully with various individuals.
