Job Summary

  • The HVAC Technician is responsible for the proper Operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS/EMS.
  • Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
