Job Summary
As a Quality Focal Point (QFP) / Manager in Customer Line, you are responsible for the Quality performance of the assigned aircraft or zone on the flight line, leading a team of quality technicians and test engineers.
You will orchestrate quality compliance for assigned aircraft before the first flight, managing human resources and resolving complex technical issues as the central point of contact to secure global delivery objectives.
The role involves managing and developing your team, ensuring operational piloting and production interface, coordinating tests, and driving continuous improvement to eradicate non-quality.
