Base: $72,000 - $108,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE), equity; Benefits: Comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits

Key Requirements
2+ years of customer success experience
Track record of building and nurturing relationships
Experience explaining software to end users
Track record for creative problem solving
Experience in marketing or advising on marketing strategy
Comfortable discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference and email
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
Track record managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
