Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for critical Research and Trading applications, managing and supporting production platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
Handle software upgrades, releases, and production deployments, performing hands-on troubleshooting of application, database, and infrastructure issues.
Design and implement tools, scripts, dashboards, and reports to improve operational efficiency and system observability, participating in incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.
