  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing, and ensure they remain dry and comfortable.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers, and report injuries of an unknown source.
