Job Summary

  • This position will have responsibility of supporting start-up activities to bring the Parenteral (PAR) area into service, including training on equipment and developing technical proficiency.
  • The Supervisor role is responsible for leadership of the team that operates the multiple PAR departments, developing an inclusive culture and technical expertise, and ensuring lines are adequately staffed with trained & qualified employees.

Key Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills (desktop software, MS Office)
  • Previous experience in operations or supporting manufacturing
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour day shift (6am to 6pm on 2-2-3 schedule)
  • Ability to work and gown in a cleanroom (Grade C, ISO 8) environment
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
