Must-have
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies
Integrate and manage suppliers and processes
Define tooling requirements and lifecycle
Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues
Proven experience in metallic component manufacturing
Nice-to-have
Passion for Aerospace sector
Applied knowledge in metallurgy
Experience with gears or transmission components
Structured problem solving experience
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
Key Requirements
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent work experience
