The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring resident safety.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information and promptly reporting any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift reporting meetings
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
