The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business partnering, P&L management, and financial controls, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership and transformation. **

Job Summary

  • This role is part of the Nordics Leadership teams and has responsibility to partner the Countries GMs in the Management P&L results, from Turnover to Operating Profit, supporting and steering the leadership team to ensure short-term and long-term delivery of financial and business goals.
  • The role is responsible for strategic partnering, performance management, stewardship agenda and leading the finance team to deliver the business objectives aligned with the 1UL strategy.
