The Field Technical Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Field Technicians in providing service and installation, analyzing operations and performance to ensure operational efficiencies, productivity improvement, work quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include overseeing training for field personnel, distributing and reviewing work assignments, and performing after hours network stand-by, troubleshooting and repair.
