Understanding of ATV, Side by Side, and EV systems
Proficiency in blueprint reading and CAD manipulation
Knowledge of EPA, SAE, ANSI technical standards
Experience with IMDS and SOM systems
Leadership skills for managing direct reports

Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts
Experience with industry groups representation

Key Requirements
