Key Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • ServiceNow IRM and/or SecOps solutions implementations
  • GRC solution testing strategies and methods
  • Develop business requirements, fit gap analysis, design and build documentation, and solution roadmapping
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Technical background in computer science
  • Knowledge of change management, user training, and organization impact principles
