You will work within a flexible, interdisciplinary structure, that ensures the delivery of high quality therapy services to all clients of the Young Adult Complex Disability service (YACDS).
Provide clinical leadership in maintaining an evidence and outcomes based service.
The YACDs supports patients, their families and carers to transition into the adult health care system from children’s health services.
