Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years digital patient support experience
3+ years leadership of dispersed teams
Salesforce Health Cloud proficiency
Pharmaceutical industry background required
HIPAA and GDPR compliance knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with Veeva CRM and Engage
Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, and Python
Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
Fluency in additional languages
Agile delivery and product collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years total professional experience
At least 3 years managing geographically dispersed technical teams
Proven track record in pharmaceutical product launches
Deep understanding of PHI/PII data safety protocols
