The Respiratory Care Supervisor is a clinical expert, responsible for oversight of the respiratory care team, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality patient to care to all ages, including the neonatal intensive care unit, during their assigned shift.
The Respiratory Care Supervisor functions as an integral member of the departments management team providing clinical leadership, staff management, consultation and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team, utilizing evidence best practice to guide respiratory care.

Key Requirements
Graduate of CoARC approved accredited school for Respiratory Therapy
Bachelor’s degree required or actively enrolled
New Hampshire Respiratory care practitioner license
BLS certification within ninety (90) days
ACLS and PALS required within six (6) months
Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six (6) months
Minimum of five (5) years of recent, clinical experience
