Job Summary

• The Legal Intern reviews and processes all NDAs, NRLs for incoming Transactional Underwriting submissions, and works on ad hoc projects.
• This position requires the ability to handle responsibilities such as review and negotiate Non-Reliance Letters, Hold Harmless Letters, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
