Job Summary
You will be leading the cluster team (10+) – inspire, coach as needed to achieve agreed outcomes.
You will be responsible for the state P&L - consistently deliver local P&L objectives and work towards building Roche leadership in chosen business areas.
You will be building a strong relationships with the identified key stakeholders from Key Doctors, Accounts or Government stakeholders to build Roche equity.
