Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years commercial real estate experience
  • At least 5 years senior property management leadership
  • University degree or diploma in business or related field
  • CPM, RPA, or LEED GA considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Yardi Voyager experience considered an asset
  • Authorized to work in Canada full-time
