The Desktop Technical Services Associate is a key contributor to ISS’s global customer support organization, joining the IT team providing in-house technical support.
Responsibilities include building, configuring, and troubleshooting Mac and Windows 10 desktop and laptop hardware, supporting Office365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and MDM for mobile phones.

8 years experience with PCs and laptops
5+ years supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 365
2 years managing Intune and M365
Experience with Apple MacOS
Experience with VMWare Horizon
Experience with Cisco telephone
Experience in scripting (PowerShell)
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy
Knowledge of hardware platforms (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple)
