Job Summary

  • Serve as the first-line point of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lantern Fly sighting and/or looking for additional information and resources.
  • Respond to and refer customer questions and/or needs, provide appropriate responses/services for the situation, and refer to other department(s)/unit(s) when necessary.
  • The call center is open Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM, and the position is mainly remote after initial training.
