  • The Functional Consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project, covering both internal and client-facing activities.
  • The role ensures that the functional workstream delivers the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment.
  • The role also supports the Sales function with scoping, solution design and estimating for projects and change requests.

  • Experience of at least one end-to-end deployment
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of Netherlands Payroll
  • SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification (desirable)
