Must-have
8+ years IAM experience
AWS cloud-native environment expertise
Infrastructure-as-code proficiency
SAML OAuth2 OpenID Connect protocols
Python or PowerShell scripting skills
Nice-to-have
CISSP or CISM certifications
Experience with AI/ML system security
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of secrets management tools
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
