Job Summary

  • The Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing subcontractor operations across all buildings within our remit at the RAF Marham location ensuring a safe system of work for all tasks.
  • The role involves scheduling works ranging from routine maintenance, repairs, small works or minor repairs to site equipment and liaising between site teams and building managers through to completion.
