The incumbent will assist manager to supervise a team to meet production targets/schedules while always maintaining standards of cGMP, safety, and housekeeping.
Lead Continuous Improvement activities as assigned by manager to improve Quality as well as Efficiency.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Adherence to cGMP and safety standards
Operate pharmaceutical production equipment
Perform batch documentation accurately
Work rotating 12-hour shifts
Handle hazardous/toxic materials
Follow aseptic techniques and practices
Nice-to-have
Lead continuous improvement activities
Assist in troubleshooting quality deviations
Liaison with associated departments
Perform routine QC sampling and testing
Work as a team
Highly motivated to work in pharmaceutical industry
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Minimum “O” Level, NITEC/ITE education/Diploma
Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP
