  • The employee must assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition and document actual or potential diagnoses.
  • Staff members are required to report changes in a patient's respiratory status to the Director of Respiratory Care Services, the nurse, and the physician as needed.
