  • Supervise the processing of reservations (phone, email, OTA, agencies), verify the accuracy of client information and rates, and manage modifications, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Encourage, train, and motivate the reservations team, organize schedules, distribute tasks, and ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures.
