Must-have
5-8 years HR experience in client-facing role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
Advanced Excel proficiency and Workday HRIS knowledge
Strong analytical skills for HR data accuracy
Foundational knowledge in immigration, recruiting, L&D, performance management, compensation, or mobility
Nice-to-have
Ability to build trust across diverse teams
Experience supporting training program rollouts
Clear and confident written and verbal communication

Key Requirements
5-8 years of generalist HRBP experience
