• The Service Operations Coordinator will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process, including booking orders, initiating downpayments, requisitioning parts, and coordinating with customers and operations for planned repairs.
• The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
