Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office operations, financial and procurement support, meeting coordination, logistics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
This position is up to 30th September, 2026 with the possibility of renewal based on donor funding, and persons with disability are encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or related field
2–3 years of experience in project administration, office management, or similar role
Experience working with NGOs, development projects, or donor-funded programs is an added advantage
Experience in working independently with discretion, tact, patience and diplomacy
Good interpersonal skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public
Demonstrated leadership and team building

Experience in solving complex issues through analysis
