As a Field Services Engineer, you will provide vital field service activities for Core Lab Instruments, Molecular Diagnostics, Tissue Diagnostics, and Sequencing by provision and coordination of all activities relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventative maintenance, and software/hardware modifications for both pre and post-sales requirements

Job Summary

  • As a Field Services Engineer, you will provide vital field service activities for Core Lab Instruments, Molecular Diagnostics, Tissue Diagnostics, and Sequencing by provision and coordination of all activities relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventative maintenance, and software/hardware modifications for both pre and post-sales requirements.
  • Service support is primarily provided for instruments located within Victoria (VIC) and Tasmania (TAS); however, occasional regional, interstate, or overseas travel may be required.
