Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and/or 8+ years’ experience in construction management
  • 3+ years’ proven expertise in program and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • 3 years’ project management experience
