Job Summary

• The primary focus is securing renewal agreements with existing customers while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
• The role serves as a subject matter expert across Johnson Controls’ security and digital solutions portfolio, including video services, access control, intrusion services, fire services, and digital services such as proactive health monitoring.
• This position is an Outside Sales role within a Local Market, reporting directly to a Security Sales Manager, with a 70% customer-facing and 30% office split.
