In your day-to-day, you will assist with luggage, accompany clients to their rooms, present the hotel facilities and share useful guidance for a more comfortable stay.
You will also provide support to reception and other areas, always with attention, agility and a touch of care in each service, contributing to making each guest feel welcome from arrival.
