Essential duties include directly supervising and guiding all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident rehabilitation needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
The DOR implements new treatment programs, monitors outcomes, ensures adherence to policies and procedures, approves timecards, provides evaluation input, and builds relationships with referral sites.
