Job Summary

  • You will play a global role within our Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) organization, strengthening SCM regulatory compliance by embedding regulatory requirements into scalable, end‑to‑end SCM processes reused across regulations such as EUDR, CBAM, and other ESG‑related requirements.
  • You will drive continuous improvement and digital enablement, simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and enabling data‑driven and AI‑ready ways of working in close collaboration with data, digital, and IT teams.
  • This role will report to the Head of SCM Change Management & Continuous Improvement and join an international CMCI team shaping the future of supply chain management at Hitachi Energy.
