Base: $80,000 - $104,000/year; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation including profit sharing and ESOP participation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
One year proposal development experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
US Person status under ITAR definition
Nice-to-have
Experience in aviation industry preferred
French or German language skills
Knowledge of military contracting requirements
Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) experience
Advanced MS Visio proficiency
Key Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in proposal development or technical writing
Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (Citizen/Green Card)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
Operator level proficiency in MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce
Work Rights
Must have US citizenship, green card holder, or person covered under existing ITAR license
