• The Datacenter and Energy (DCE) team is seeking a motivated, experienced technical marketing engineer for our power controllers (PWC) team.
• You will act as the market and customer voice across multiple power domains, balancing innovation, roadmap definition, and lifecycle management while driving adoption in markets such as data center, telecom infrastructure, industrial power, energy systems, and lighting.
• This role blends deep power electronics expertise with commercial ownership, including both new growth products and sustaining revenue critical businesses.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in power electronics, semiconductor product marketing, product management, or technical business development
• Experience across both growth and sustaining product lines
• Familiarity with industrial, datacenter, telecom, and lighting markets
• Demonstrated success in product launches, lifecycle management, and design win growth
