Key Requirements

  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Healthcare Management/Administration
  • 2-3 years management experience in healthcare
  • Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center
  • Microsoft proficiency
  • Advanced usage of AI and team management with AI
