• This role leads the Unified Knowledge Services team to drive the delivery of Next Gen Account Hierarchy as a flagship transformation initiative by FY28.
• The Senior Director will own the enterprise data-to-activation platform, stewarding the Knowledge Graph that powers AI reasoning and GTM intelligence.
• Candidates must balance speed, accuracy, and governance while driving adoption across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Product organizations in a highly matrixed environment.
