This role leads the design and delivery of the DeltaV platform as part of Lilly's manufacturing expansion into a new greenfield site in Houston.
The successful candidate will manage system integrators, develop validation strategies, and support GMP manufacturing operations during the startup phase expected between 2029 and 2030.

Salary
Base: $66,000 - $171,600; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus depending on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k), pension, medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years Process Automation experience
Emerson DeltaV Platform knowledge
API/Drug Substance manufacturing experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with teams
Experience with system integration including MES
Technical knowledge on data historians
Mentorship and coaching capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
5+ years experience in Process Automation
5+ years experience in API/Drug Substance manufacturing preferred
Full-time work authorization in the US required
