Key Requirements
More than 2 years of experience in applied AI, NLP, software engineering, data, or automation
Hands-on experience building and maintaining chatbots/voicebots
Experience with LLMs in real-world cases
Experience in conversational analytics and monitoring
Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Physics or similar
